Give Miközöd 20% of your company's profit tax!
Support Miközöd with 20% of your company's profit tax
You can give 20% of your profit tax until 31 December 2026. You can deduct 20% of the profit tax or 0.75% of turnover, whichever is lower.
The steps are simple:

Fill in the sponsorship contract with the Miközöd association's details, your company's details and the amount you want to give.
You can download the sponsorship contract, already filled in with the association's details, here. Just add your company's details and the amount, then send it to [email protected]. We send it back signed by us too.
- 2
Transfer the money to the Miközöd association's account. The sponsorship contract has to be signed before the end of the calendar year, and the payment made by the end of the year.

Deduct the amount you gave from the tax you are about to pay, and pay the rest.

Miközöd is listed in the “Registrul entităților/unităților de cult pentru care se acordă deduceri fiscale”, Romania's register of the organisations whose support is tax-deductible. You can check it on the ANAF website with our tax ID: 50350274.
If you have not given the 20% for last year yet, you can do it every year from 1 January to 25 June by filing form 177.
This year's deadline has passed: form 177 can be filed again from 1 January 2027.
There are two ways:
1. Fill in the contract and form 177
- Fill in the sponsorship contract with the association's details, your company's details and the amount you want to give. You can download the contract, already filled in with the association's details, here; add your company's details and the amount, then send it to [email protected].
- Download form 177 as a smart PDF from ANAF's forms page.
2. Filled in for you
Type your company's tax ID and download the contract filled in with its details straight away.
Once you have form 177 and the filled-in, signed contract, upload form 177 to SPV (Spațiul Privat Virtual, ANAF's online portal).
